We prefer the computer screens of paper newspapers, and television is no longer as popular as ever when it comes to the transfer of current information - according to recent research.
Most of the people as their main source of domestic and foreign sees the internet rather than newspapers, the year 2008 has been in this fundamental change - tells The Pew Research Center for the People & the Press. The statement clearly carries TV, but its share year-on-year declines.
40 percent of respondents felt the network as the main source of information, while a year ago it was just 24 percent - a significant increase seen here. This is not only the development of the Internet content, but also from the fact that a very fast growing number of Internet users, especially in developing countries. Although the share of print media has increased slightly, and so the traditional newspapers have failed to keep second place.
It should be noted, however, that much larger changes among younger Internet users, aged from 18 to 29 years. For them the Internet as early as the Ok 5-6 years was more important than newspapers, the main source of information. The major stroke end of the decade brought the twenty-first century. Websites have become generally available through what have become for many the main place to gather information. Studies conducted in the USA showed how far the Internet's popularity has increased, from 34 to 59 percent, equating to the television, which in turn, she lost 9 percentage points (down from 68 to 59 percent). TV still is not that significant - in 2008, most information supplied 70 percent of the respondents. This means a decrease of 4 percentage points compared to last year and up 12-point compared with 2001.
It can be expected that these trends will intensify. Integration with the world of Internet television has begun and it is difficult to expect to be stopped. More and more television stations and publishes your content online, which makes people gain access to them anywhere, anytime. The popularity of printed newspapers also declining, mainly due to their editors - the vast majority of articles published in newspapers is also available on the Internet.

About intellectual property
About intellectual property, you can write much ... just type in the search engine what is the intellectual property, and receive a lot of definition. The concept of intellectual property is primarily a matter of law.
As intellectual property is considered for example, inventions, trademarks, utility models, industrial designs, geographical indications. However, in today's era of computerization of life - first thought always goes around downloading illegal mp3 or books.
As intellectual property is considered for example, inventions, trademarks, utility models, industrial designs, geographical indications. However, in today's era of computerization of life - first thought always goes around downloading illegal mp3 or books.
Evidence of this is information, which recently came across on the Internet. Well, author of the book has received some e-mail with an unusual request - a man who has downloaded a copy of the book nieuatoryzowaną asked where he could buy a legal copy. The author not only rebuked a pirate, but I thanked him for contacting us. The man who signs up as Ben wrote to Andy Harris, author of books on technology to create Web sites. Ben admitted that not having money for his book, he decided to get an unauthorized copy of it from the network. Then, when the situation has improved, he decided to pay the author. Therefore, asked him in an e-mail, what is the latest edition of the book and where to buy them to ensure the greatest revenues to the author.
The situation described above is proof that the donation of his own work without someone demanding money is nothing new or extraordinary. This is indeed inscribed in the humanity. What did Andy Harris, it was human, and very inappropriate at this time would call a "thief" of his lover.
We are witnessing that many years of major copyright holders are trying to convince us that they make the culture .. They do feel that the majority culture is publishing a work of creativity is only marginal.
An example of what I wrote, there are many authors who promote their books on torentach. These people argue that P2P has helped them succeed. Their works are downloaded hundreds of thousands of times. The collected data show that the real problem for many authors it is not in piracy, but in the fact that the books lost in the rush of hundreds of thousands of others.

What does it prove? That we need a new approach to create works of art - both music and books. Thanks to the work of the network can reach a wider audience. The key is to plan it wisely. It is important to the authors, artists or think about or make up something to lay on the shelves, or to reach to the widest possible audience.Intellectual property protection is most needed, but the authors should be aware that the user is not impossible. Therefore, it becomes important to be able to give users access to these works in human terms. Then both parties will be satisfied.
Instead of a restrictive policy of prohibitions and penalties - need to create constructive solutions
The enemy of privacy ... google
Recently I came across an article in which, the results of research conducted by Privacy International (PI), an organization dedicated to including protection of human rights to privacy. It investigated 23 well-known companies in the world by assessing the extent to which they respect the privacy of users of its services. It turns out that privacy is not so, as we all believe that the right to privacy, the most breaks Facebook. Nothing could be further from the truth. Privacy is an enemy to the browser, with which each of us daily use - Google, which is worldwide known mainly from a search engine, but also other services. As soon as we enter into a google search immediately collects a huge amount of personal information about us and about our conduct in the network.
I read also that Google recently acquired New York-based Internet advertising firm Double Click, which offers, among others technologies for monitoring the results of advertising campaigns in the network (for example, to collect information about maintaining the network of people who had seen the ads, etc...)
After all the protests and the processes of Google's commitment to removing the data collected about users of its search engine after 18 months.
Google is primarily criticized for the fact that they kept the mass of data about users and their behavior on the network. Google is not only the world's dominant search engine, but also many other Internet services, such as e-mail.
I do not know if using this search engine every day, we realize that collect and combine all available data allows the company to gain a huge knowledge of the Internet, including the knowledge of what you are looking for a network, what are their interests, etc.
It should be borne in mind that whenever you look for some information via Google, or look through your mail, you're really in one second we're not talking about privacy.

Interactive Network gam es and the influence on the young gamers
When I watched the movie ‘”Another Perfect World. In Search of Virtual Paradise” I asked myself a question. How far will a human go with his Internet entertainment and how is it with it right now. I assume that In few years 80 percent of people will have their alter ego In at least one of virtual worlds. With groing numbers of games and its users the problem with virtual reality grows with it. In South Koreia internet games are its national sport. For many users they are an escape from reality. Mainy tenagers are liable on influences like life style from the network games. By the strong targeting of games their are not only seen as fun and entertainment but also as a psychological issue. Psychologies and Pedagouges says that voilence in games is stronger than in TV. Thats becouse the gamer in use of his character can chose a weapon, form of attack and a style of kill to make an act of voilence. For example he needs to totaly focus during a battle. This kind of behavior has a negative influance in real life witch has a big problem in seeing good and evil and more agressive. It is well known that games has all the narcotic issues such as addiction and psychical discomfort in case of disconecting from the game and a motivation to come to it back as soon as it’s possible. There are also behaviors such as a strikes of fear. From observation and reserches we can see that games are especialy dangerous for lonely people with low self-assessment. For this kind of persons the fictional world makes a strong impression that they are strong and they are a part of important society. It comes with closeing of self and escapeing from private problems. The negative sides of playing games are endles and the examples of self destruct of mind. Games are made for people and like other things you have to use it with a distance and doze. The mentioned by me movie discribes exactly whats gonna happen.

What is edutainment?
EDUTAINMENT – Its an action combining education with fun which use of digital technology as a communication tunnel with the receiver.
What I want to show –that in(virtual) fun we can find many positive elements, that can make efficient and simplify educational processes. I focused my attention on computer games which are nowadays one of the most likeable entertainment for children and teenagers. It’s is natural background to exist and evolve for young generation. Unfortunately thoughts on this form of activity are mostly seen as an danger. However in times of modern technologies we can’t only critic it and say it’s only bad. We need to discover chances and opportunities in them, because connecting fun and learning is most underrated in process of education.
Game as fun is an attribute of every age. Like every pleasure it’s an activity that doesn’t include duress and necessity but from free will. So we can ask –Should learning be fun? No doubt yes! We need to combine what is necessary with what is needed. So it happened to the games that was pleasurable it started to be including functions and elements of education. Creating of them not only a source of fun but also a source of knowledge and abilities. As a element of our civilization it is also a storage of data and one of the communication transmission.
I think that educational games can be count among to active and interesting methods of illuminating because students are set for intense contact and transfer which develop attempt to education. Player collects and then use information and then make moves and actions. He can be transformed to see things thru eyes of many characters including him self. This kind of act can wake up emotions which can make the process of learning more attractive and more effective thru period of time. Games mostly talk to it users thru images. That make it more memorable than words. This kind of method can be very useful in learning how to read, count and write. Some games use their functions to inspire to deepen already achieved knowledge. Educational games allow to practice mentioned abilities and correct mistakes and go straight to the perfection. They also expand thinking and decision processes. They train watching, associating, concentration, coordination of movement, reflex, creativity and imagination. Big success is also known in strategic games. They turn on logical thinking and allow to take actions with all the consequences. Many of them want from the player to have the knowledge from a specific type of science. Educational games make children to take another try after a failure. They learn endurance to achieve next steps and thinking how to solve them. Those kind of games also includes self control, collecting facts and increasing level of courage to make it to the top.
We also need to ask a question -Can educational games show the aspects of society values and create a function of socialization. I think yes, because as a likeable and interesting form of activity for children and teenagers they can become a perfect social behave, but in one condition. That the sceneries, characters and all things in the game show no pathology.
Advantages of EDUTAIMENT are also: Making the time of concentration much longer and focusing on the task. Practices become more strenuous. People learn in more attractive, funny and no stress way and finally the school become another place when u want to stay.
However we need to remember that computer and actions attached to it will never replace a human being pedagogue and therapist. It cannot create the atmosphere of understanding and happily conditions. It can’t also present with attention, adept to the actual interests or needs of the learning person. However it’s impossible to not use him as a motivational tool which increase the process of learning.
